Nude Prude Lingerie wants you to be satisfied
with your purchase. All of our products are top quality name
brand merchandise, but we understand that sometimes you just
aren't happy with something you purchase. You can return any
item for a refund or exchange within 20 days of receipt based
upon the following return policy.
What we require
for a return/exchange:
1. Exchange Policy is 20
Days.
2. All merchandise returned must include the
original package containing the merchandise received.
Additionally, we do ask that the return shipment be sent in
the same shipping box and include the same packaging materials
as was previously used for shipping your
merchandise.
3. The tags must stay attached and no
items can be damaged, worn, or altered in any way.
4.
Thongs, g-strings, body stockings, bathing suits and hosiery
may not be exchanged or returned. If the thongs or g-strings
are part of a set, the set is returnable only if the items are
attached to the lingerie on its original clip and have not
been tried on.
5. If panties, thongs, g-strings or
bathing suits are unattached to the original garment, your
exchange or return will not be accepted.
6. You may
NOT try on the thongs, g-strings, body stockings or
bathing suit bottoms.
7. Health regulations
prevent us from exchanging thongs, g-strings, bathing suits,
body stockings and underwear, as well as used merchandise for
your safety as well as others.
Please note: We do
NOT resell returned merchandise on our web site.
8.
You are responsible for the shipping, handling, and return
postage on all exchanges. We will gladly pay the return
shipping charges to send a replacement if an incorrect,
defective, or damaged item is received. Otherwise, all return
shipping charges will be the sole responsibility of you, the
customer.
9. We recommend you purchase insurance
when shipping back your items, since we cannot be responsible
for lost or damaged exchanges.
10. Carefully
package the unused/unworn items to be exchanged or returned
and enclose a copy of your Return/Exchange Form indicating
which item(s) you would like in place of your returned items.
If there is a difference in price between the items you are
returning, your credit card will either be credited or charged
for the difference.
After returning the order to us,
please allow up to 10 business days for exchange items to be
mailed to you. Allow an additional 5 days for any credits to
appear on your credit card. After returning the order to
